Customer Gearbox Repair

In Stock Parts offers complete gearbox and shaft repair services. Our in house capabilities include spray welding, CNC & manual shaft turning, keyway cutting, and more. Gearboxes are drained, disassembled and evaluated. Seal contact surfaces and bearing journals are repaired as needed. New bearings and seals installed on every repaired drive. Worn gears are replaced as needed. Housings are flushed and coated internally. Units are re-assembled to spec and repainted.
